The Letter Ink is currently shipping all over India. We are working on international shipping services. We ensure you that the products send by our side reaches out safely to you.
Shipping duration:
All products will be shipped out within 2-5 working days. All the orders will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days once shipped. All the products in your order will be shipped within one shipment. Our working days does not include weekends or Public Holidays.
Orders in remote areas may take upto 12-15 business days.
Shipping charges:
We provide free shipping for order above Rs. 2499. Shipping charges below Rs. 2499 is Rs 90.
Return, Exchange & Refund:
At The Letter Ink we do not offer any return, exchange or refund. Once the products have been ordered, they will not be eligible for any sort of return, exchange and refund. Any damage from our side will be taken care of provided you make an opening video of when the package is received. Without the opening video of the package, your package will not be eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Your order is eligible for cancellation within 36 hours of it being placed, subject to it is not yet dispatched. The amount will be refunded in the same account through which the payment is made within 6-7 business days.
Cash on Delivery:
The Letter Ink does not offer cash on delivery.
Payment:
We have opted for Razorpay for smooth payment.
WORKSHOPS:
You can request for the cancellation of the workshop 8 days prior to the date of workshop and get a full refund within 7 business days in the same account in which the payment was made
Note: Cancellation after that would not be considered and no refund shall be made.
